How it works

Autumn/winter preparation
We book a single visit covering gutters, drains, external timber, roof-line and weather seals.
- STEP 2
Property inspection
While on site we inspect the areas most likely to cause winter damage and photograph anything of concern.
- STEP 3
Identify issues
You receive a short written summary marked urgent, recommended or preventative.
- STEP 4
Repair / maintain
We quote for any works you want done — you are never obliged to proceed.
- STEP 5
Ongoing maintenance
If it suits you, we schedule the same check each season so nothing is missed.
