Enquiries and written quotations
Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking, attendance time or price. Scope, materials, access, disposal, exclusions, programme and quotation validity should be recorded in the written quotation. Work starts only after the parties agree the scope and practical arrangements.
Changes and payment
Changes to the agreed work should be documented and approved before proceeding. No payment-card information should be submitted in the enquiry form. Permissions, access and responsibilities must be agreed for each site.
Completion, concerns and statutory rights
Contact 07810 539078 or Info@worldmazzaenterprise.co.uk with questions about completed work. Please report visible concerns promptly, including within 72 hours where practicable; this does not limit statutory rights or rights relating to hidden defects. A 12-month workmanship guarantee and £1 million public liability insurance are confirmed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
